Here is some more info to help you prepare for an amazing weekend of love, celebration, yoga and community...Don't forget that the Vendor Village and ALL music is available to the public, no ticket necessary!
FAQ's
1. The Registration Booth will be open 7:30am to 5:00pm daily, Friday through Sunday.
2. Tickets will be available for purchase at the gate for weekend and day passes. Tickets are not available for individual programs. A ticket allows access to all workshops, all yoga & trail running classes and all music.

4. Yoga classes are both inside and outside, and Kirtan will be held outdoors. Visit schedules here.
5. If you have pre-registered for a yoga class, you can go directly to that class without signing up.
6. Bring your yoga mat for the yoga classes, and for the outdoor kirtan & music please bring your cushions, low chairs, or blankets so you can be cozy and comfortable. If you would like to leave your chairs or blankets by the stage during the festival, it is considered an offering for the community to use while you are not there. If you are enjoying the festival away from your chair, don’t be surprised to find someone sitting there when you return. When you would like to use your chair again, simply let the person know, and surely they will oblige.
7. Please bring sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and remember to drink lots of water--Please bring your water bottle. The weather reports predict high 80’s and low 90's during the day and in the high 60’s to low 70"s at night.
8. There will be massage and healing services onsite at our Wellness Sanctuary Booths outdoor under tents and indoors. Visit our fine selection of vendors from all over the Lower Mainland at our Vendor Village!
Q&A's
Who comes to the festival?
Yogis, nature lovers, music appreciators, conscious consumers, and health devotees of every type from brand new yogi beginners to lifelong vegans and mountaineers to concert goers. The festival is a great convergence of like-minded people of all ages and backgrounds from around the country and abroad.
How do I schedule my classes?
When you purchase a festival ticket you will receive an email invite from our schedule provider sched.org -- if you cannot find this email please check you spam or junkmail folder.
Will I get my ticket(s) in the mail?
No, all tickets will be delivered electronically as e-tickets. When will I receive my PrintPass? Your PrintPass will be emailed to the address used at the time the order was processed about 2 weeks before the festival.
I can no longer attend the festival -- can I receive a refund?
All ticket & lodging sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, but you are free to transfer your tickets or resell them at face value or less. If you do transfer your festival tickets, please email info@grassrootsyogafestival.com so we can help you complete the process. Our Facebook is very active and lots of people use it for connecting outside of the festival.
Where do I park when I arrive at the festival and do I have to pay additional for parking?
There is no paid parking however all parking is public so be sure to arrive early and carpool as much as you can! Please click here to learn more about Crescent Beach and available parking areas.
Is lodging included with my ticket?
Lodging is not included in the ticket price however you can stay with us on site by purchasing the nights you need here.
What if it rains?
Grassroots Yoga Festival will take place rain or shine.
What food will be available during the festival?
With the happy, healthy bellies of our yogis and yoginis in mind, you will find Nourish Juice Bar and KIND Snacks available to you on site. If you're looking for something on a plate, at a table, under a roof, there are plenty of preexisting restaurants in Crescent Beach with a wide range of offerings from sushi to sandwiches to smoothies and don't forget about our Community Potluck on Saturday night!
I bought my ticket 4 months before the festival, do I need to double check my schedule to make sure the events are the same?
All advertised artists and instructors have confirmed their appearance at Grassroots Yoga Festival, but acts and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Is there a map of the festival I can see before I arrive?
There is. It will be posted as the festival approaches, so you can get familiar with the lay of the land and plan your route between classes.
FAMILY & FRIENDS
Can I bring the whole family?
Yes, there are many Kids Yoga Classes as well as gardening and kirtan for the whole family! You must preregister for these classes in advance by purchasing a kids pass.
Can I bring my pets?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed on Festival grounds. There is an off leash beach and dog park however please do not keep your pets in the car, it will be too hot for them.
