YYoga’s Director of Teacher Development and College, Rachel’s enthusiasm for anatomy and alignment is matched by her devilish sense of humor and general mischievousness. In addition to overseeing the College, Rachel wrote and structured YYoga’s 200-hour TT (totally nerdy) and excels at making complex topics accessible to everyone. Her teaching is continually evolving and she enthusiastically shares this passionate journey with her students. A bit of a renaissance woman, Rachel earned her BA from Columbia University (Magna Cum Laude/ Phi Beta Kappa) and her MFA from the American Conservatory Theatre.
