I come to the practice of yoga to play, laugh, dance and have fun. I also come to work hard and sweat. My practice reflects this. As a DJ with a deep rooted love for music that goes beyond just the surface experience, becoming something much deeper, you can expect to hear a variety of different styles of music - all tailor fit to that practice.

 

We are all ONE - there is a beautiful inter-connectivity to life. Everywhere you go you can notice this, if you just take the time to see it. We all breathe the same breath, we all share the same space. I choose to fill my space with positivity, with love, with friendship, and with loyalty. Eat organic, drink fresh water, laugh and soak up the sunshine.
