Become a Vendor!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Grassroots Yoga Festival Vendor. As part of the participant experience, we will feature a select number of vendors, including artists, artisans, clothing lines/boutiques, yoga and wellness accessories, and food items. We emphasize local businesses and/or locally sourced goods but will also feature regional and national businesses that are aligned with our experience.

 

VENDOR VILLAGE

The Vendor Village is situated within the Camp Alexandra property and runs along the outside of the courtyard for maximum exposure! This is where all performances and outdoor Yoga class will be held.  Please note that overnight attendees will be on the property from Friday night to Sunday afternoon.  All vendors are responsible for tents, covering and all outfitting of their booth space.  Grassroots Yoga Festival does not offer tent and canopy rentals. 

 

APPLICATION DEADLINES

To be included in the initial review and acceptance process, application must be recieved by June 15, 2014.  Applications past this date will be accepted up to August 10, 2014. Limited space available!

 

BOOTH FEES

$275 For Profit Booth

$100 Non Profit Booth

$375 Food & Beverage Booth

 

The Vendor Fee includes the following:
- 10x10 Booth Space for the weekend (3 days)
side walls required, no extensions allowed, please contact Grassroots Yoga Festival directly for a larger booth space.
- 25% savings on 1 Festival Pass of choice
- FUN & New Friends!

 

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

All participating vendors must have valid liability insurance and name Grassroots Yoga Festival, Vayusha Yoga Inc. & Camp Alexandra as an additional insured. For food vendors, please be sure to have all appropriate licensing and permits.

 

VENDOR BOOTHS

Each vendor is responsible with providing a white (exceptions may be made) 10x10 tent with side walls. 
We can not guarantee access to Wifi, personal hotspots are recommended for any vendor who relies on internet access. Electricty is limited to certain areas, please inquire with specific needs.

 

 

VENDING HOURS

Set-up takes place on Friday from 6am – 9am. Official vending hours in the Marketplace are Friday, Saturday 10am - 7pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm. Vendors may remain open after 7 pm on Friday and Saturday at your discretion, but all vending must end by 10pm. All vendors must commit to vending during the entire duration of the Festival. Breakdown will take place from 6-8pm on Sunday.
